Chicken Wrapped in Pandan Leaves

Filling Ingredients

    Sauce Ingredients  
1 cup boneless chicken breast meat     1 tbsp dark soy sauce
1 coriander root   0,5 cup tamarind juice
2 cloves garlic   0,5 cup palm sugar
1 tsp sesame oil
  3 tbsp fish sauce
1 tsp soy sauce   1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp oyster sauce   0,5 cup pandan leaf juice
1 tbsp roasted sesame seeds      
1 tbsp pandan leaf juice      
1 cup soy bean or vegetable oil      
10 fresh pandan leaves

The dipping sauce - mix all the ingredients listed above, bring to a boil, lower heat and allow to simmer until the mixture is sticky.

Slice chicken thinly and place slices in a mixing bowl.
3. Pound garlic cloves and coriander together in a mortar and pestle to make a paste. Add it to the bowl with the chicken.
4. Add sesame oil, soy sauce, oyster sauce, roast sesame seeds and pandan juice. Mix the marinade and allow the chicken to marinate 2 hours.
5. Now wrap two chicken pieces of per pandan leaf to form little bundles.
6. Last heat the oil in your wok over middle heat, add the chicken.
