Prawns with garlic

Serves 4
 
500 g (16 oz) prawns, peeled  
100 ml (3 1/2 fl oz) oil
2 cloves garlic, chopped
2 tb white pepper
1 ts salt
= available at Asian grocers
Takes 1 hour



1. Heat oil in a wok or pan and add prawns. Stir-fry for two minutes.
2. Take out the oil and add garlic, pepper and salt.
3. Stir-fry for two minutes and serve with a dip or satay-sauce.
