Panang curry with pork

500 g (1 lb) pork fillets  
More recipes with beef and pork
400 ml (13 lf oz) coconut milk    
2 ts panang curry paste    
2 tbs fish sauce    
2 tbs sugar    
1 ts lemon juice  
   
     
= available at Asian grocers    
     

Takes 20 Minutes

  1. Slice pork.
  2. In a pot heat half of the coconut milk and the curry paste.
  3. Add meat, rest of the coconut milk, fish sauce, sugar and lemon juice.
  4. Bring to boil and simmer for ten minutes.

TIPP: Serve with rice or salad.
